The 10-yard lowboy has no weight limit on clean loads of concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt, or rock. Heavy material in a full-height bin is billed by the ton over the allowance, so keep it in the lowboy.

Call when the bin is about three-quarters full. We pull the full one and set an empty one in the same spot on the next run, same-day when the schedule allows. Each swap is billed as a haul at the rate we quoted at the start, so the number never changes mid-project.

Standard rental is 7 days. On a construction schedule most bins stay longer, and we keep them out at a daily rate quoted upfront. Tell us the expected duration when you book and we will price the whole run rather than surprising you at pickup.

On private property, including the lot you are building on, no permit is needed. On the street, the City of LA and most surrounding cities require a street-use permit, and job sites in Glendale and Burbank are checked closely. Our LA permit guide covers each city. Paint, solvents, batteries, tires, electronics, refrigerant appliances, and asbestos-containing material. Everything else from a typical build or demo is fine. If you are unsure about a material, ask before you load it, because one contaminated item can downgrade a whole load.
