Our drivers are experienced with residential placements. We can place boards under the wheels to protect concrete and pavers. The 10-yard lowboy has a low profile specifically designed for driveways. Let us know your surface when you call.

Most household debris is fine — furniture, appliances, drywall, flooring, cabinets, yard waste, and general junk. We cannot accept hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, oils), electronics in some cases, or tires. Call us if you're unsure about specific items.

Standard rental is 7 days, which is plenty of time for most residential projects. If you need more time, just let us know — we keep the bin out at a simple daily rate, told to you upfront. We work with your timeline.

Not necessarily. As long as we have clear instructions on where to place the bin and the driveway is accessible, our driver can drop it without you present. We'll call you when it's delivered.

Call us. We can pick it up and swap it for a fresh bin. This is common with bigger cleanouts — just let us know and we'll schedule the swap around your timeline.
