We rent three roll-off dumpster sizes across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley — 10, 25, and 40 cubic yards. Here's exactly what each bin is built for, what it measures, and how much disposal is included, so you can book the right size the first time.
Our 10-yard lowboy roll-off dumpster (approx. 16′ long × 8′ wide × 2′ high) is purpose-built for heavy material — dirt, concrete, asphalt, rock, and brick. Because it sits low to the ground, it loads easily by hand or wheelbarrow and fits in tight driveways. When you're disposing of concrete or clean dirt, there is no weight limit. Using it as a general refuse bin instead? The lowboy includes 2 tons of disposal capacity. It's the right choice for concrete and asphalt tear-outs, patio and driveway demolition, hardscape removal, landscaping, and roofing tear-offs. See the 10-yard lowboy →
The 25-yard roll-off dumpster (approx. 20′ long × 8′ wide × 4′ high) is our most versatile size and includes 3 tons of disposal capacity. It's ideal for small remodels, full home and garage cleanouts, and disposing of larger furniture, as well as any project that generates higher volumes of refuse, demolition material, or construction debris — including one-time construction projects. It fits most residential driveways while still holding a serious amount of material. See the 25-yard roll-off →
The 40-yard roll-off dumpster (approx. 20′ long × 8′ wide × 6′ high) is our largest and most capable bin, with 4 tons of disposal capacity included. It's designed for commercial operations, major construction projects, and high-volume renovations where capacity and efficiency matter most. Contractors, general contractors, and property managers across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley rely on the 40-yard to keep big job sites moving without constant hauls. Here's the simple rule of thumb our customers use.
Concrete, dirt, brick, and roofing are heavy. The low-profile 10-yard lowboy is built for weight and easy to load — don't oversize for dense debris.
Most renovations, remodels, and big cleanouts fit the 25-yard. It's our most popular size and handles mixed household and construction debris.
For large construction, full demolition, or ongoing commercial work, the 40-yard holds the most. Need swaps? We'll pull the full one and drop a fresh bin.
