These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your rental of roll-off dumpsters and related services from Roll Off Dumpster Rental, Inc. ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By placing an order, scheduling a delivery, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Standard rental periods are quoted at the time of booking (typically 7 days unless otherwise agreed). If you need the dumpster longer, contact us before your scheduled pickup. Extended rentals are subject to a daily rate, communicated to you in advance.
Quoted prices are based on the bin size, material type, and the included weight or tonnage allowance discussed at booking. Loads that exceed the included weight allowance may be subject to overage charges billed per ton. We will explain weight limits for your bin and material type when you book. Final charges may vary based on actual disposal weight at the facility.
For safety and legal compliance, the following materials may not be placed in our dumpsters:
If prohibited materials are found in a load, you may be responsible for additional disposal, cleanup, or fines assessed by the disposal facility or governing authority. When in doubt about a material, call us before loading.
You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and accessible placement for the dumpster. We are not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, underground utilities, irrigation, or other surfaces resulting from delivery, placement, or pickup in the location you direct. If you request placement on a public street, you are responsible for obtaining any required permit from the city. We are happy to advise on permit requirements.
Do not load materials above the top rim of the dumpster ("level load"). Overfilled bins cannot be legally or safely transported and may require redistribution before pickup, which can delay service. Distribute weight evenly and do not exceed the weight capacity for your bin and material type.
We make reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery and pickup windows, including same-day service where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment availability, and circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from delivery or pickup delays.
Payment terms are communicated at booking. You agree to pay all charges associated with your rental, including any applicable overage, prohibited-material, relocation, or trip charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable California law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
